Delete Your RealX Account
This page explains how to request deletion of your RealX account and the data associated with it.
RealX is a non-custodial wallet. Your wallet, private keys, and recovery phrase are controlled solely by you and are never stored on our servers.
How to request deletion
Email x@realx.is from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in identifier (email from Google/Apple)
- Your key shard stored on our servers
- Referral attribution records
- Usage and analytics data associated with your account
What cannot be deleted
- Blockchain transaction history and wallet addresses. This data is recorded on public blockchains and is permanently outside our control.
- Records we are required to retain for legal or compliance purposes.
Important: deleting your account does not delete your wallet. Your funds remain accessible with your recovery phrase. If you delete your account without backing up your recovery phrase, access to your assets may be permanently lost.
